RMP Nagar plot,Mauje Khardi Budruk,Mangaon, Raigad
RMP Nagar plot


Any one who have bought plot from RMP at Mauje Khardi Budrak, Taluka-Mangaon, Raigad please contact me.  
 I am from delhi.I have bought plot from a RMP distributor in 2003.Plot address is mauje khardi budrak, taluka mangaon, raigad, survey no. 66 H.No. 4A2.Plot area is 4800 sq ft.After purchasing, I lost all contacts of that distributor.
  Then personally i contacted RMP office, delhi for registry of that plot.I visited RMP vashi office in 2005 and got registry in 2007.
 Then i got 7/12 in year 2014.
 In this process in came in contact with more than 20 RMP peoples,spend thousand of rupees in mobile calls, but i am satisfied with RMP services.
Since i am in Delhi, i don't know what progress is going on that plots.
I am searching for other peoples who have bought plots their.
Anyone having any updates regarding above plots please contact me.

      Hi every One .. Finally RMP contacted me after receiving communication from me. It shows that RMP will deliver the plots to their allottees. On 16-06-2016 I have word with Mr. Shri Ram (9321311201) of RMP Info. He informed that in next 3-4 months the possession of the plots will be delivered. At last some ray of hope to get our plots.

      Hi Yogita...thanks for your above comments. I too finally managed to get in touch with an RMP person....the person you mentioned. Some relief. I've been told I need to do a 7/12 even though I had visited the registry office n Mangaon...but I believe that we still have to do more...so hopefully it gets done n the kind person above helps us with the possession of our plots. Will u b visiting Mangaon. If so let's visit the place together n if others too want to join. This way if more of us go together we can expedite the procedure n it'll b good to know the others to.

      Hello,
      I had also purchased one plot, did the registration but after that no response from RMP. I am also very keen in contacting them and obtaining possession of my plot. Its really good news that you were able to contact someone. I lost all my old contacts. I will surely call this Mr Shriram and find out the status.

    Hi All, I have 2 x plots in RMP Nagar, obtained 7/12 in 2014. The latest I heard was the individual need to go to collectorate - Alibagh to pay the land tax by showing the 7/12 and then we may get the possession certificate there after.

    even my mom and dad had purchased plot there. we visit there every year and get the copy of 7/12 done. when i visited the talati office last time he said if you can contact all members who have purchased the plot over there and can come together the ploting of the land can be done. and if the ploting is done then we can build the house over there or can sell the plot.
